Challenge not only supports people with disabilities, prior incarceration, addiction, probation, or parole in finding meaningful employment, they also develop strong relationships with employers, agencies, and schools in the Tompkins County area.

Creating positive, long-term employment partnerships is what Challenge does best, benefitting both local job seekers and local employers. Not to mention Challenge's history of supporting individuals with substance use related convictions through contracts with the Tompkins County Office of Mental Health.
