Renovation & Injunction Updates

First, we are excited to share that our renovations are coming along well! All walls have been framed and electric installation is in progress.

Second, we have updates to share with you regarding the lawsuit and preliminary injunction which, as you may have heard, has blocked license holders from opening dispensaries with NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) approval, and has stopped the OCM from awarding more licenses.

We are fortunate enough to be able to say that Aspire™ was one of 30 names that were submitted to the Court by OCM to be exempt from the preliminary injunction and were given approval to move forward.

Therefore, we still aim to open this year at our 205 North Fulton Street location and begin providing quality cannabis products to the people of Ithaca!
